Question about the tournament

Hello,I thought after sign ups were closed you cant add more players to the roster, but as I saw dreams left rvk and joined tyrant one week after sign ups were closed, is that because he is playing for the team of the sponsor or is that because he is admin? maybe both? And what about the teams that wanted to play but lost the sign ups deadline and tried to join it after? Shouldnt they be accepted aswell?

Dream moving to tyrant is a great move.. I see him playing well in tyrant more than the rvk line up.. infact IMO tim also is not a match in RVK...but ya topic is something else...

Well, I could answer, but just to keep staff work transparent I let the other 3 admins (Buga, Prophet and Barbarossa) who decided if it's ok to reply here. Basically roster updates were made from request until Sunday as Jaraldo gave permission in the missing information post.

Dreams' move was first inquired to the tournament administration and left to be decided by them (Dreams had no arbitrary role here). It was allowed after checking the rules as well as other updates were allowed from inquires within the rules. Nor Dreams nor Tyrant decided this move.
Which are the players/teams that haven't been accepted?
