What is the historical reason for cheap villagers in Indian civ?
India wasn't overpopulated then as it is now.
AFAIK there is a historical reason for goths having 210 pop.
I know this is just a game but still Microsoft had reasons for most bonuses.
The building set is ok but I hope the korean wonder is changed...and the mosque to a temple

On a completely separate topic could the units killed by a player of an enemy which has resigned not be added in the military score and units killed. We see players playing to improve the stats instead of finishing the game.

Most... I mean, all bonuses have some historical inspiration.
India wasn't as over populated as it is now of course (no part of the world was) but relatively speaking, they were still far ahead from, let's say Europe. I read estimates about 170-200 million inhabitants in the Middle Ages from 1000-1200 AD. While the entire European population never peaked higher than 100 million.
Nothing comes from nothing
As for updating the first post: I've kinda refrained from doing so, way too many things change all the time and it's just not worth the effort atm

I don't see any historical reason for India to loose Knights. India had many kingdoms and lots of wars happened in the past.I never actually read about fighting using camels in any of history lessons I had in high school. I could see even today horses running in some big parks
If at all someone should loose knights then they should be saracens.

Oh, many civs on the Indian subcontinent employed camels. It's not like history lessons (should) focus on the composition of armies anyways :p
Of course horses were the majority of the mounted army, but mostly light cavalry, represented by their full hussars.

@ Cysion.
don't listen to anyone nagging about historical significance and all, just make the game balance, that's all we want and should be top priority
This is just a game. A lot of mistakes are in other civ too. Like huns have paladins with strong armor.
If you haven't seen a camel warrior that is your personal ignorance, don't put it on game.
Here's picture of camel cavalary corps of bikanir.
Indian horseman didn't used to have that much heavy armor with big helmet as opposed to europeans knight.
so hussars are okay for india, but not knight.

Yes, yes the biggest ignorance is imo still that the Chinese do not get any gun powder units despite they being credit as the inventor of gun powder.
Marian has never seen a boob before, unless we're counting that man-boob he saw at the swimming pool last week.30 Dec 2012, 19:30 GMT » ZeroEmpires wrote:
