To be honest there is nothing in this e-mail which would convince a guy worried about his PnL to revive a game where he sees no revenue potential.. its just an emotional mail from a guy who loves this game, isnt it? Dont get me wrong I am not questioning the intent but the content of the e-mail

Zero told him the most important thing about for a videogame company, there are still a lot of potencial gamers.. so it is not only an emotional mail... Although i think Zero should have told him about there is still money involved in the tourneys nowadays, like 15.000$ or 5.000 $ for only a 1x1 challenge... and tell him about FE, but Zero is doing a great job for the comunity, if he get answered, it would be a big step.

I have a mail from Prince of Nigeria claiming he has some 10 million $ to give me.. point here is if all I am concerned about is making money(and believe me thats only thing MS business heads look towards) why would I worry about something which I have given up like 5 yrs back.. and that too based on someone's e-mail..
Belive me MS would have got tons of such e-mails when zone is closing down.. what will help is if you can convince a gaming house/company(EA Sports/Zapak/Ninetendo etc) to approach MS to sell the game to them in my opinion..

it's not negativity, i doubt there is anyone in the aoc community who wouldn't want your request to be heard..though you have to look at both sides..i for one in a business mindset would not see any need to help aoe 2 become reborn or further push it to a new expansion..mainly because business focuses towards one aspect- risk and reward..however, i have faith in your proposal, though it's very dim..one voice can make a difference, but it takes everyone to make a change.
