Watching games

Hi everyone, I'm new here and I was wondering how you go about watching recorded games. I can't figure it out for the life of me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

1.u download some recorded game ( packed into standard archives .zip or .rar).
for example, u go here: viewtopic.php?f=199&t=63169 and click "Download"

2.u need to unpack that archive ( WinZip, or WinRar programs )
3.then u copy records ( files with .mgx extension) into "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Age of Empires II\SaveGame"
4.then, u open game and go to Single Player->Load Recorded Games

Is there a way to watch recorded games if you don't have AoE installed? (besides Streamed games and random Youtube commentaries)
