[fixed] Fix the "Your Topics" button please

This function used to work now it shows an empty thread. It is helpful for going back and looking at topics you made a long time ago.

Your posts function is good too, glad this still works.

thx that works, would be nice to just add it to the "your topics" though, 1 click navigation. It used to work dunno why its broken now.
