I see you complaining a lot about other players not saving when you drop.

If so, that means you are dropping a lot, wasting other people time, so before complaining and blaming other people for something that isn't their fault, aka you dropping you should fix your connection or play unrated or deal with the fact people don't feel like wasting time in rated to save for someone that is used to drop.
