if every civ is going to get an added ut, i think its better goths get one more too.

Yeah, the other one should be democracy/socialism, which gives infantry +2 LOS at the cost of removing cost "bug" i.e back to 25% cheaper infantry.

+2 los , what an amazing compensation for increasing 10% cost for infantry.

2. There should be no Technology that makes a unit weaker in anyway (my opinion ). Giving them +2 LOS sounds okay, although 2 UTs are really enough.
